We allow 30 days from the date the item is received to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. Earrings or other items of pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.

When we receive the item(s), we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to determine eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the return has been processed. Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed and your card to be refunded to the full amount. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order.

Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Special Orders or Custom Items cannot be returned.
